MEN ONLY!

The difference between Men and Women's shopping habits are as wide as the Grand Canyon and then some.

Women love to shop and shop they do, as often as they can. Their shopping consists of going to a mall and starting at one end and not stopping until they reach the other end. They look at every rack and table in each store, especially the clearance items. If they can get a good deal, their successful. That is not the whole idea at all though. Just spending a day browsing all the stores with all the items is the whole point, even if they don't actually buy anything at all, which would be rare indeed but not unheard of. They mainly just love the very activity of shopping.

Now Men on the other hand are a completely different animal all together. They hate shopping with a passion. If they have no women to do their shopping for them, which they would vastly prefer, they are forced to actually get in the car and go to that damn crowded place with far, far too many people in the way to get what they need. They go with a mental list of maybe three items, at most. They know beforehand exactly which stores have what they need and go straight there without even looking in the windows of any of the other stores on the way. They walk into the store, get what they need, pay for it and walk out. When they get everything they need, it's back to the car and back home without stopping anywhere else at all, unless it's to get gas or something else they need.

Now knowing these facts as the absolute truth brings to mind a completely new idea for a viable business. Now listen up readers. If any of you read this and run out and make your millions with my great idea, I get a percentage for thinking it up.

It would be a "MEN ONLY" store. A perfect name would be "MEN". No women allowed at all. In fact, it would be a drive through operation. A man would drive up, a pretty young women (well of course! Did you think otherwise?) would ask you what you need. Lets say you needed some pants, a shirt and some shoes. She would ask you if those were dress pants or casual, then ask you if you wanted colored socks or white, then ask you if you wanted fancy, work or athletic shoes. A conveyer belt would roll the items up. You would then pay and off you go. Happy as a lark. The whole thing might take 5 minutes at the most.

Now the only real problem I have thought of is us men have a hell of a time going shopping, no matter how easy it is. So like everything else having to do with men, we would have to be trained by the professionals (Women, of course).

Cats, the Watchers

We’ve always had a lot of Cats in our household. We’ve been foster parents for litters of little kittens and have always enjoyed Cat’s antics and personalities. I think most folks would consider them to be pretty good at being our loving little friends that we invite into our homes. On farms and ranches, they have always been great hunters to control the rodent populations, thereby paying their own way in early society.

Since the beginning of time, there have always been too many cats. There are Spay and Neuter Clinics all over the United States trying to keep up with the overpopulation of Cats and none of them even seem to make a dent in the problem. They even catch wild (Ferrell) cats, fix them and put them right back where they caught them. Good, caring people are trying every trick in the book to somehow solve it for the sake of the Cats themselves. So far, they seem to have a magical ability to further their race no matter what. It seems that they are destined to always be here.

After observing so many Cats over a lot of years, I now know that I have the answer to the whole convoluted problem of too damn many Cats.

You see, in the beginning, probably a hell of a long ways away, there are thinking beings so far beyond our meager intelligence that we wouldn’t know them if they were right in front of our eyes. To make a very complication explanation simpler, lets just say they deposited us here and on several life sustaining type planets all over the Galaxy, like seeds. I haven’t quite figured out why yet but put us here, they did. My best guess would be they are running experiments, using real life to see what kind of being would be the most productive and long living.

Ok, space travel is as we can all imagine, quite expensive and a hell of a time eater, so they had to develop a way to receive reports on our progress as time goes on.
Ok, here it comes. The Truth. It’s really quite simple and one of those “plain as day” type things that we see sometimes but don’t recognize, until it’s pointed out to us. You might even want to sit down for this part.

The Beings who deposited us on this planet, put their best “Watchers” on the job with us. Yes, Cats! Amazing, isn’t it. All this time we thought Cats were just these innocent little furry buddies but no. Their millions of years smarter than us and are just here to observe the Human condition and report back to the league of Galaxies.

If you don’t believe me, start paying close attention out of the corner of your eyes to your cats. Don’t let them catch you looking directly at them. They are over there pretending to be asleep when actually, they are glued to our every thought and action. They then do the job they were trained to from the beginning of time.

Haven’t you found it odd that cats really never do anything you say to do. They basically completely ignore you and do whatever they want, whenever they want and only once in a while give you permission to touch their bodies, just a little teaser that they actually love you but only if you do it precisely, exactly as they desire. Any other way and they will show you their superiority real fast like.


No, the only thing that exists for them, the only thing they ever really care about is their mission.

Global Warming

This whole subject sounds like a science fiction "end of the world" type thing huh? Something Steven Spielberg would make a movie about to scare the hell out of the audience and make another fortune.
Is it real or is it just more scare nonsense from the radical nutcases of the world?

Not being a scientist, I have no idea at all but there seems to be a very loud and insistent minority of scientist who say the end is near and a whole bunch of them who say its nonsense. Oh, who to believe?

The ones who think it's true are basically saying that this whole problem started when man started spewing crap in the atmosphere, choking it off with horrible chemicals, which started causing the temperatures to rise on the earth and they will eventually melt all the ice caps and drown all the coastal towns and cities. According to them, it will also start wreaking the natural balance that has existed from the beginning of time and kill off whole species of animals and eventually even humans.
Now the whole premise of this theory is it's all caused directly by humans screwing up the planet with our ignorant and wasteful use of the resources the Earth has given us.

Now the other scientist are saying this whole thing is just a natural cycle that has nothing whatsoever to do with humans at all. That these cycles have happened throughout the Earth's history and our little time here is insignificant and has no bearing at all on these natural long term climate cycles. That we are like fleas on an elephant as far as importance to the Earth as a whole. The folks on this side are also saying that this whole thing is a politically motivated boondoggle, only dreamed up by short sighted people who want to charge everyone a crap full of money for non existent causes.

My opinion on all this is I do think it is a very long term natural cycle that is far beyond our little minds to understand at all. Having said that, I also believe we could be contributing to the problem with our "Crap in the air" and could and should do all we can to start thinking and acting responsibly on this Earth to preserve and protect this whole delicate balance. I don't think we should all become "Chicken Little" and start running around screaming "The end is near!". Nor do I think we should be the Ostridge and just stick our heads in the sand and pretend that nothing is wrong.

Just being alive and living here on this planet is flat out a miracle for sure. Just a slight change in temperature, sunlight hours, air quality and a whole bunch of factors could easily boot us off the planet with incredible ease.

Will Global Warming kill us all soon or will this cycle just change to something else better for us in time to save our asses? Hell, I sure don't know. Just like all the rest of you, I'm just a flea on an Elephants back and can't even see the ground, much less know anything about it.

Health Care

This subject has turned into the biggest problem in life for me and as I'm told, most everyone else in America. How in the hell did we get to this point? What went wrong with the American Health system?. In the beginning when you cut yourself, you grabbed up a chicken, went in to see Doc Bob. He sewed you up, had a great chicken dinner and everything was hunky dory.
Then this new fangled thing called insurance came along where you paid a few bucks a month and when you had to see old Doc Bob, they would pay the entire bill with money instead of a chicken. This worked pretty well for a while. The monthly payment was like $10.00 a month and that took care of all your medical needs, no matter what happened.

Ok, I'm going to start guessing now, as I have no idea how the whole system went to shit in a hand basket but I think it probably started out with the devil "Greed". For a long time I think it was the doctors slowly raising their prices because, what the hell the "Insurance" company would take care of it. Then everyone involved in the heath industry jumped on the greed bandwagon and started charging more and more without end.

Now jump to the present time and the reasons for the outrageous prices and fees has become a horribly complicated mess without end. At this point even the doctors no longer make much, now that the insurance companies took the whole thing over. All I know is for me and most people I talk to, the whole medical issue is the largest bill of our life, which of course pays absolutely nothing toward our medical needs because they decided we needed to pay most of the bill (deductible) before the insurance would pay anything. The insurance companies even took over the deciding what's necessary part of the process from the doctors so they could turn down a lot of cases as unnecessary and therefore make even more greed money.

Ok, is the answer as most of the developed world is doing, national health care? I have no idea but doubt our stupid ass government would know how to handle this giant problem when they can't even handle normal everyday life type problems.

I do know one thing though. We hire and count on our politicians to do that kind of thinking and problem solving. With this being the biggest problem in the world other than the rag-heads, They should be working day and night until someone deals with the realities of this, or get the hell out of office and let someone else in to try.

I do think there are real answers to our health system failure but we as a society are going to have to make some hard core decisions. Decision that probably will not be politically correct at all. In fact downright mean in some cases like Illegal immigrants getting the hell off the system for instance. I'm sure we all can think of others abusing the system. Well, guess what folks? We either make these hard decisions or you're going to start seeing your neighbors dying right next door with nobody to help them.

The common man and women

In my business, I get to talk to and hear lots of opinions about almost every subject known to man from people in all walks of life. It has always amazed me how clear and simple and intelligent the regular common man or women is about most any issue going on in the news or life at that point in time.

As I watch the news, the politicians are blabbing on and on with whatever slant they think will appease the masses, having nothing whatsoever to do with what might be the right thing to do for the most amount of people. Whatever the problem, the right wing idiots just want to basically do nothing and maybe it will go away. The left wing idiots just want to talk about throwing money at the problem and it will go away. Both types of politicians are mostly, if not all rich, spoiled idiots who have no idea in hell what the common man needs or wants at all. They get everything they need handed to them on a silver platter and don’t even consider it a problem at all. They all get ridicules amounts of money just to put on their suits and pretend to matter, get medical care with no deductible, retirement payments to keep their mansions after they leave our public welfare system. Retirement payments the common man would consider being rich for his honest days work..

The thing that amazes me is as I listen to the opinions of the common man or women in my business talk about the problems of the world, is inevitably they come off with a perfectly uncomplicated, simple, plain as day suggestion on what should be done about some of the issues plaguing our country or even the world. Now most times their opinions are far from politically correct but usually hit the nail squarely on the head.

I sometimes wonder if the best ruler of our system might just be as an example, the farmer out on the farm. He doesn’t have the time or patience for political correctness or any of that nonsense. He just sees a problem and goes out and makes the problems go away, whatever it takes. He has far more important issues to deal with than what some politician or anyone else for that matter would think about his methods.

So hurray for the common man and women in the world. They are the true heroes in every sense of the word and deserve all the praise we can give them for a job well done in this way too complicated world.

Marijuana

Ok, lets use straight talk and a little reality here. Liquor of any kind has always been the worst thing to hit human beings since the beginning of time. More crime, murder, incest, mayhem, car crashes and bad stuff in general has happened because of Booze than any other thing invented or used by man. More divorces, infidelities and robberies are committed because of being a drunk than any other cause.
Somehow knowing these things as the truth has never had any bearing on calling booze a horrible thing and demanding it be made illegal, except during the lame attempt of prohibition. Society at that time decided that it was an adult personal choice and people had to deal with whatever consequences that came with abusing the substance.

Now we’ll look at the realities of Marijuana. I would like to make one thing perfectly clear. As society has done with Booze, the intelligent thing to do is keep it illegal for anyone under say 18-21 years old. Young people’s brains and minds are still in the growing and learning stage and using any mind altering drug or booze has no place at that time at all. So everything from this point on only pertains to grown adults.

As far as I know, no crime, murder, incest, mayhem, car crashes or any other bad stuff in general has ever happened because of Marijuana. Again, as far as I know, no divorces, infidelities or robberies are committed because of being high on weed. It has to be one of the most innocent, harmless natural substances found growing naturally in the wild ever found. Our society also uses probably thousands of natural growing plants, herbs ect for food, drug compounds and a whole bunch of other uses to many to mention here, already with complete safety. Mother Nature has provided us with a bounty of naturally occurring things for our use since the beginning of time.

Being from the sixties, I and everyone else who had any experience with weed, can not believe that by now American society has not grown up and seen the truth of the matter. Most other countries have all along seen Marijuana as a completely harmless low level drug not worth putting any money or legal effort into stopping it’s usage at all. In some countries, they offer it as an appetizer after dinner in restaurants. It has it’s own menu, for god’s sake.

The only thing I know is the fat cats in suits setting up on capitol hill are setting there with their martini in one hand and a pen in the other signing bills to keep it illegal, so it won’t compete with the Liquor industry. Also for the law enforcement crowd, it is job security big time. They get to run around in cool Helicopters, acting like their doing their jobs and bringing in the bad guys as justification for the News sources.

Make the damn stuff legal and collect the millions in taxes that would generate. Turns out it has amazing medicinal properties and helps people with pain and a bunch of other conditions also. By the way, the majority of Californians passed a bill a couple of years ago making medicinal Marijuana legal to grow and use but our ignorant US Government chooses to ignore the will of the people and not obey our local laws.

Ok, now should all drugs be made legal? I’m not sure about that at all but I do know that our present system of throwing people in prison is a complete failure as far as helping people not use or get off drugs of any kind. It could be that we should make all drugs legal and only deal with the actions of people, not what they use. Is it any of the governments business what people put in their bodies, or just what they do? All of us have to take responsibility for our actions and not use drugs or booze or anything else as an excuse. There are no excuses in life. Only actions.

Muslims

I've decided that all Muslims throughout the world are terrorist Idiots. Every time you hear of any problems all over the world, who are causing those problems? Muslims, that's who.

I came to that conclusion because none of them have ever spoken out to me or the world that they are not. What's up with that? In America, if a maniac redneck, cop, hippy or anyone else goes crazy and shoots a bunch of people, most of the rednecks, cops and hippies or any other type of people would immediately and loudly proclaim that most of their kind are not like that at all and the maniac does not represent them in any way. They would also want the law to take the appropriate action as soon as possible to put the maniacs away or put them out of their misery because they don't deserve to breath our air after doing such a horrible thing.

So, having no reason to believe otherwise, they are all terrorist idiots and any living within our borders should be kicked out and sent back to whatever sand pit hell they came from.

Another huge problem I have with all those idiots who come here to our country from those sand pits is they don't in the slightest try and learn our language, learn to appreciate it here and learn to act like Americans. They are taking over all our small rural and city markets, motels and any other businesses they can get their hands on. They never hire any local american youth like the previous american owners did. They bring their entire 20 person family to work 24 hours a day and give nothing back to the local community at all. When you walk in to the store, the owner is ALWAYS standing there on the phone talking in his language, basically ignoring you other than his hand out to get your money. Most times they look at the customer as someone who is trying to steal from them.

Well, guess what? I've made a personal decision in my life to never give any of them another dime of my money and will never again step into any market or business that they own.

Does this make me some kind of racist? You damn right and proud of it and will be toward the Muslims until they decide to speak out against their own kind who bomb, rape and kill innocents all over the world.

One last thing I'm proud of is the freedom in America to say these things right out in the open in this Blog. Damn, we're lucky to be living here.
